Annual Pre Christmas-cum-Fete Day (2024): Charis High Academy celebrated its annual Pre-Christmas-cum-Fete Day on 14th December, 2024.
The programme was hosted by Veyielu Veswu (Class 3) and Diyaa Thokchom (Class 10). It commenced with an invocation by Mrs. Wekhrolou Theunuo, which was followed by a welcome address from the Principal, Mrs. Hriiyia Kayina. The students, guided by the teachers prepared a host of exciting presentations like duet, dance, drama, special numbers, followed by Christmas messages, speech by the Administrator and a Carol by the School Choir. Moreover, awards like Student of the Year, Events Champion and the Sports Champion were given out.
After the fun formal programme, the school fete event kicked off, where children and parents indulged themselves in various games with exciting and quirky prizes including the Bouncy Castle, while feasting on scrumptious food at the stalls set up by the teachers.
Overall, the day witnessed great enthusiasm from everyone, who attended the celebration ahead of the much awaited Winter Break that commenced the next day (15th December, 2024)
