A vibrant two-day Book Fair was successfully held at Charis High Academy in collaboration with The Scholastics India, one of the world’s largest publishers and distributors of children’s books. The fair was organised on the 27th and 28th of May 2025, with an aim to promote reading habits and foster a love for books among students.
It was inaugurated by our school Principal, who stressed on the importance of reading.
A wide range of books across genres and age groups were displayed including fiction, non-fiction, activity books and educational resources and popular series such as Geronimo Stilton and the Magic School Bus. Students eagerly browsed through the collection and made enthusiastic purchases while teachers guided them in choosing age appropriate books. Parents, who visited the fair also actively participated by purchasing books for their children.
The event was well-received and served as a meaningful initiative to encourage young readers within the school community.
